We're proud of our products and want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 days returns policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from ASUVI.com.au, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
In your email please include the following details for a timely return:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you would like to return
- Proof of purchase
- A brief outline of why you are returning the product.
We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, email address, billing address, mailing address, or IP address. If we believe that a customer or potential customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny sales or returns to any customer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to exchange your item, we offer an exchange program within 30 days of receipt and we will even cover the cost of return shipping. If 30 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to change your item then send us an email at email@example.com so we can discuss an alternative.
