An all natural lip balm made from plant oils and butters. Coconut oil and shea butter do the heavy lifting, jojoba helps it sink in rather than sit on top, and cold-pressed Australian Kakadu plum seed oil brings the essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
No petroleum, no beeswax, no added fragrance. What you will notice is a faint natural sweetness, and that's the Kakadu plum itself.

Jojoba oil is close to the oils your skin already makes, so it sinks in and holds moisture instead of sitting heavy on top.
Kakadu plum does the rest. The Australian native is rich in the essential fatty acids that help seal the lip barrier, so the moisture you have stays where it belongs.

What's in it, and what isn't
Most lip balm is built on petroleum and beeswax. Ours isn't, and here's the swap in each case.

Common Questions
Is this lip balm vegan?
Yes. There's no beeswax and no lanolin in it. The waxes are sunflower and candelilla, both from plants, and all ten ingredients are plant-derived.
Does it contain beeswax?
No. Most lip balms use beeswax to set the balm, and we use sunflower wax and candelilla wax instead. That's what makes this one suitable if you're vegan, or if you'd rather skip animal ingredients altogether.
Is it petroleum free?
Yes. There's no petrolatum, no mineral oil and no paraffinum in the formula. Coconut oil and shea butter do the work instead, with jojoba to help it sink in rather than sit on top.
Is it fragrance free?
There's no fragrance added to this balm, so there's nothing to clash with your perfume. What you will notice is a faint natural sweetness, and that's the Kakadu plum itself.
What does the Kakadu plum do?

What's actually in it?
Ten ingredients, all from plants. Coconut oil, organic shea butter, fractionated coconut oil, sunflower wax, castor seed oil, a plant-derived fatty alcohol, jojoba seed oil, candelilla wax, Kakadu plum seed oil and vitamin E.
How big is the tube?
Each tube holds 10g, which is more than double a standard lip balm.

Why isn't it refillable like your deodorant?
It comes down to cost. Building a refill system means new tooling and new packaging, and that's a serious investment for a small business to make on a $14 product. It's something we'd like to do one day. For now the whole tube is compostable.

In our own facility in Brookvale, Sydney. We make it ourselves rather than sending it out, which is how we keep an eye on what goes into it.
